Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what information BÂOLI Miami ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to 1906 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 and to the private events inquiry form on this site.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what you type into the event inquiry form:
| Data | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| First and last name | To address you and identify your request |
| Email address | To send you our proposal and follow up |
| Phone number and extension | To reach you faster about dates and details |
| Company (optional) | To prepare corporate proposals and invoicing |
| Event details: type, date, start and end time, number of guests | To check availability and quote the event |
| Additional information you write | To tailor the menu, setup and service |
| How you heard about us | To understand which channels work |
We do not ask for payment card details, identification numbers or any sensitive data through this website.
2. How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal for your event.
- To organise and run the event if you confirm it.
- To keep a record of the request for our own administration.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or newsletters unless you ask us to.
3. Who processes it with us
To run the inquiry process we rely on service providers who act on our instructions:
- Tripleseat — the platform that receives and manages event requests.
- Our email provider — to reply to you.
- Our website host — which keeps standard server logs.
If you book a table instead of an event, the reservation is handled by OpenTable under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
This website uses Google Tag Manager, a Google service that loads measurement tools such as Google Analytics. These tools may set cookies in your browser to count visits and to see which pages are viewed and how visitors reach the site. The information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser may also store small technical items needed for the page to work and to remember whether you prefer reduced motion.
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept these measurement cookies. You can change your answer at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, they stay off unless you accept them.
You can also block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
5. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become events: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Confirmed events: for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it, when there is no legal reason to keep it.
- Stop using it for a given purpose.
- Receive a copy of it.
Write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible. Florida residents may have additional rights under state law, and visitors from the European Union may exercise the rights granted by the GDPR.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to inquiries is limited to the BÂOLI events team and the providers listed above.
8. Minors
This website is not directed at children. Children and teens are welcome in the restaurant during certain hours, but event requests must be submitted by an adult.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
