Our Story

Everything is connected

At BÂOLI, we believe in the holistic philosophy of community and sharing. Our name comes from the Hindi teachings that nourish and feed the ever-evolving rhythms of life.

A baoli is a reservoir in which water is stored: a stepwell that gathers the rains and sustains its neighbourhood throughout the year.

We are inspired by the tropical allure of far-reaching destinations. That spirit defines our vision and our culinary voyage, from the sanctuary of Bali and the refined coast of the South of France all the way to the magic city of Miami.

    Born from the imagination of Christophe Caucino, a renowned restaurateur from Cannes, BÂOLI is inspired by the spirit of South East Asia and influenced by the elegance of the South of France.

    BÂOLI Cannes quickly established itself among Europe’s top culinary and nightlife destinations.

    BÂOLI Miami opens its doors, and the brand becomes a world-renowned destination frequented by celebrities and jet setters.
